ATM Hacking: Unexpected Prompt / Card Disappears

Description:

While driving, and around 15 minutes since my last ATM hack, my phone appeared and an ATM hacking prompt opened, and my card was removed from my inventory. If there's any logging for this, it happened around 5:25 AM UTC on 8/7.

Reproduction Steps:

Unsure, I didn't do anything out of the ordinary.

Expected Behavior:

ATM prompt opens only when card is inserted to valid machine.

Actual Behavior:

ATM prompt suddenly opens at random and card is removed from inventory.
