ATM hacking: Bugged and forced to nap

Description: When you try to hack an ATM 94% of the time it won't tell you anything at all when trying to insert the device, therefore won't work and forcing you to take a nap. Then you come back and it'll either work or tell you that you can't. It should always tell you something, not sure what's bugging it and what taking a nap fixes.
