ATM Hacking

Bring back a nerfed version of atm hacking.

ATM Hacking isnt something anyone can pick up and some people in the server dont know its even a thing , or dont know how to do it because it is more of a complex hack compared to other things. i understand it can easily be abused with how many stacks is was giving. But i feel like if the personal cooldown timer was raised to 30mins instead of 15, and the max stacks were 4 notes in a more risky locations, that to me that seems balanced enough to not be used as a easy money maker and more of a passive income to do while waiting for things like crim job queues, boost queues.
