ATM Hack breaks after one use

Description: Currently ATM hacking breaks after one time.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Hack an ATM

2. Try to hack another ATM (without restarting)

3. Observe that nothing happens (No Safety Mode text shown either)

Can also see that after a restart the ATM is hackable or Safety Mode message would be shown (if they're in safety mode)
