Asset Fees are not deducting from Savings account.

When the asset fee is set to auto renew from pulling from my savings account, there is a transaction history of the tax being paid but the account amount is not changing.

Steps to reproduce
1. Set asset fee to auto pay and set to desired bank account.
2. Asset fee is “auto paid” and leaves a transaction history to prove it.
3. The money in the account does not decrease.

In actuality when an asset fee is paid the money should be removed from the account
