Amber Alerts

So hear me out okay. I know we all IRL have those moments where we are sitting there gaming or on our phones and BOOM amber alert hits. That loud alarm goes off you are scrambling to find your phone to figure out what is happening who got taken. Now bring that GTA RP. You are there middle of your chase, sweating, trying to get that last hack off and BOOM amber alert goes off. It's ringing, it's loud, it's a missing person, you don't care you are focused on that hack trying to get it off. Meanwhile on the other side the cops chasing you, are trying to do comms. They are focused on making sure they don't crash out. BOOM amber alert comes in. They are trying to focus on driving, but their phone is ringing. It's a whole thing.
