Alternative screwdriver methods/gather plastic.

Suggestion: An alternative way to gather plastic or make screwdrivers (utilising the machinery in the workshop?).

Reason: With plastic no longer dropping from the water bottles and chip packets, there is no way for plastic to be gathered inside the prison. This means lifers are unable to make the screwdrivers (thus unable to open the dynamic new stashes). Currently there is no way to create contraband. The benefits of being able to gather plastic from the workshop or make the screwdrivers through this method would mean that there would have to be some work added into it and some RP as well, to generate RP across the prison, but also allow for violent unrest from time to time.

Additional context: TO generate a range of violent to peaceful RP with the prison and draw attention away from the dishes (in order to reduce time)
