Allowing certain vehicles to seat 5 people

I think it would be beneficial to add a 5th seat into certain SUVS. This would be a wonderful addition as these vehicles are rarely used and bought, unless for storage or just riding around with the boys/girls and not really a performance based cars. Seeing these bigger SUVs having 5 seats would be a huge plus given more of a reason to buy an SUV rather than having someone go in the trunk.

Reason
The room in the car should allow for someone to sit in the middle of the back seat instead of the trunk. This would just allow for more group related activities with ease rather than having to take two cars or someone trying to get into the trunk.

Context
The Landstalker XL is a huge SUV that is built like a car with a third row seat, yet it can only hold 4 people. The granger is an option, but any sign or curb hit, someone usually falls off, Cavaclade, Dubsta is another example as a bigger SUV with the room and space for another seat in the back middle seat as both of these cars are rarely sold let alone ever seen out driving. Now wouldn't say this is a high priority like the tag states but it would be a nice quality of life change and will make SUVs more valuable to obtain and have with a possible raise in price given a 5th seat is available in certain SUVs.
