Addition to Sanitation

I think a fun addition to Sanitation is when you retrieve the bags from the barrels you have a chance to find materials like rubber, scrap, plastic etc. The same kinds of stuff you find when searching dumpsters.

I just feel this would be a nice addition to trash runs. Don’t need to make it crazy. Could do the same kind of loot table/chances you get with dumpsters. Would just add a small addition to find these items and might increase the likelihood of someone doing sanitation.
