Add the NoPixel Cars

NoPixel has a pack where 100+ vehicles are facelifted and have new soundpacks.

It would present new life to all vehicles with new sounds and present upgraded and updated never before seen vehicles for many. The reason why this is so important is because it replaces vehicles and cars that are seen out on the street are more modern. It’ll be a facelift of cars that you’ll see locals drive out on the street (i.e. Feltzer, Comet, Penumbra, Dominator, Gauntlet, etc.) The facelifted versions make the Dominator look like the newest Hellcat and the Penumbra look like the newest Supra.

My old city had this and it was a HIT!
