Add SVC to crypto heist

With the way things are right now and how easy it is to get SD cards. There really isn't a need for EVC thus, making the crypto heist irrelevant. Seeing all the time and effort lamb put in to the heist and it honestly is a fun heist to do, I just don't want to see it go to waste. I think adding a low amount of SVC (10-20) you get per hard drive would make a lot more people do the heist.
