add paintball guns to Chi Chi's / Tool stores / ammunations

As mentioned above.

Add these items to be available to legally purchase without the need for a weapons license.

However, make the projectiles function EXACTLY like the snow balls.

Which do ZERO damage and just made your character shrug or stagger when head shot.
That, or identical to how the PD training pistols work.

Have the ammo capacity be like 10-15.

And have VERY low range.

Having them function like this should prevent shit lording.

Reason:

Paintball is a fun activity and there are plenty of areas like the forests, airplane scrapyard, and warehouses that people could design to be indoor arenas.

Would allow anyone who wants to have a shoot for fun with little to no risk and opens opportunities for events.
