Accessing other characters property

I was logging on to the server to water my plants on my crim. And after that, I got on my cop character to do my job and I did that for about 3 and a half hours. Then at around the 3-hour mark, I was driving past my other character's property and I got curious to see if I was able to access the property at all. I then attempted to park my PD charger at the garage which I somehow was able to do. I was also able to open the garage to pull it out as well as access all the other vehicles parked at the property.

Possible reproduction:
Step 1. Log in to a character that owns a property

Step 2. Switch character

Step 3. On this other character go to the first characters property

Step 4. Use the first characters garage on the 2nd character without having keys to that property.

Step 5. Use the garage again to get your vehicle back.

Expected behavior:

Expected to not be given the option to open another characters garage and use it.

Actual behavior:

Park another characters car at a property where the character does not have keys.
