Ability to sit on a skateboard with slow movement speed

Suggestion Description

The ability to sit on a skateboard and move with a slow movement speed. You could maybe move at half the speed of the normal movement speed and while using the emotes you wont be able to Ollie (jump) either.

Reason

So they reason I think this would be a cool addition would be because there are people in the server who RP characters with disabilities and It would be really fun if they would be able to skateboard just like how there are disabled skateboarders IRL (Red Bull sponsored skater Italo Romano).

It can be easily RP'd that with Emote 3 you are pushing the board with your hands (as seen in the picture below) and I think would enable more inclusiveness for everyone. In addition to the above, I barely see any of the skateboard emotes used within the server as a small note to add.

Additional context

The reason I made this suggestion is because I RP Casey Russo within the server who has no legs and I think it would be such a cool addition if brought in.
