Ability To Sell Apartments / Penthouses

I suggest we should have the option to just sell our apartment / penthouse for a percentage of what you paid for it.

My reasoning for this is because we shouldn’t be grounded to an asset / property, once you purchase a property you should have the option to sell that said property in the future, people want to move all the time, maybe finances change and they can’t afford the tax no more etc…

Overall we should be able to sell our apartments / penthouses so we are not stuck with something we may not want later down the road.
