Ability to Pay for another persons Assets while they're on Long Term Hiatus

Suggestion Description:

Ability to Pay for another persons Assets while they're on a Long Term Hiatus/holiday - especially for those who have gone “halves” in a car/warehouse within RP.

Reason:
In roleplay sometimes you will put money together as a group to buy certain assets like a warehouse or car together to use as a group. When the initial owner goes on a holiday, long term hiatus or long term ban from the server, after the asset fees build up we no longer have access to the cars/warehouse even after putting a significant amount of money into the asset and then being taken away with no choice due to the above reasons - “when the owner goes on a holiday, long term hiatus or long term ban from the server”.
And sometimes the people don’t have enough money to purchase the asset from the other person and if money is sent to the person to purchase the vehicle/asset and then sent back its a form of asset dumping? correct me if im wrong.

It would just be nice for a feature to be added where you can pay for someone elses fees so you can keep your investments while someone is on a long term hiatus.
