Ability to collect paychecks from Paleto Bank

With how large the server is, it's good to spread out RP through out the map and I think this could enable that as there are people who like to Roleplay in Paleto Bay and stick to the whole "Paleto Life" aspect within the server.

It can be super annoying to have to drive from Paleto Bay all the way to the city just to pick up a paycheck and I think having the ability to collect it from Paleto Bank would be super beneficial in spreading out RP around the map.
