A legally binding automated and/or contractual loan service (Issued by the bank) / "Pay-later" contract

Description:

To be able to draw loans from the bank, payback options, interests rates, and could automatically ping an individual for a warrant if they don't pay the amount due at whatever date and time the contract says--like a real bank. The consequences of not paying a loan can result in an automated 'pinging' or warrant tagged onto the player's ID used in the transaction. LSPD would be alerted of any warrants.

Reason:
1) This could help players new and old get a foothold into LS and enables them to be more confident and independent in a sense. Some can buy a vehicle of their own--for those wanting to stay on the good side of the law--and might not want to "one-time-rent" out a vehicle that'll disappear each time they wake up and be left stranded. Maybe someone wants to buy a business, custom car, transaction a deal or whatever they want to do with the money as long as the bank makes their buck back.

2) Setting up contractual agreements either at a dealership or for any business venture could make for a super-immersive roleplaying experience for both parties. Have all the info printed down (info is stored another section on the banking app for safe keeping) and signed by the person receiving.

3) The possibilities would be endless with this option and there should be various pricing and availability options to suit the needs of both the lender.

Example:
Amount borrowed: $50.000

Payment amount due: $500 (monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, etc..)

Next payment date: dd/mm
(Weekly, monthly, yearly... it's up to the server to decide what metric they want to use regarding this and can adjust the due dates as needed)

Conclusion:
I know it's not fully thought-out but I believe having something like this, a contractual system where there's lenders and receivers could really add more flavor to the economy and immersion. I would say give free reign to the business and let them have a "Pay-later" option for customers.
