99% of ppl driving like in a video game (150mph in city)...where's the value of life?

I've been in this community for 3 days now. The people...frikin' awesome...the Echo RP staff...top notch. I know this isn't going to be popular, but for fu** sake, where's the value of life?! Every single street in town, I've yet to find someone that drives even REMOTELY like they're worried they're going to die. I do full stops and look around because any time I drive anywhere I can just about guarantee I'm going to be side swiped by someone. First day trucking, some guy t-boned my trailer while I was turning. He ran a red light and when I was about to RP the situation and why he was driving so fast the response was just, "because I'm a stud"...because you're a dumbass playing a video game not someone RP'ing. I'm not about to report anyone as the new guy, but if there was some way to help crack down on people ripping through the city, that would really help with the immersion. No one would drive like that IRL because one wrong move and you're dead.
