Description:
Weed plants jump between floors at certain growth stages randomly based on load order of furniture, despite there being ample space on both floors levels. This varies by person as well in the same instance, and makes it immensely more difficult to care for plants.
Reproduction Steps:
Load into warehouse with a second floor placed approximately 3 Z units above warehouse floor.
Plant either type of weed seed on the bottom floor, watering as expected to the second visual growth stage and above.
Observe that, upon loading, the floor above will randomly load before the plant is "placed" after loading within the instance, resulting in plants being scattered throughout both levels at random in their correct X,Y, but incorrect Z.
Expected Behavior:
Plants load consistently at their correct Z on the lower floor at all growth stages.
Actual Behavior:
Plants load inconsistently at their incorrect Z a majority of the time on upper floors, making it difficult to care for the plants.

Potential Workaround:
Going to attempt to replace the upper floor to try and force a later load order, hoping that resolves this in the meantime.
Potential Solution: Assigning a forced Z level to the plants that matches the Z level of the property with a check on each time the instance is loaded?
