Vehicles with Criminal Expansion Update

With the newly-added Criminal Expansion comes a rewriting of the vehicle scripts, as per the update posted. A few things I have noticed that I believe could be adjusted/addressed:

Tilt/Roll: This seems to have been removed completely. I am uncertain if this was intentional.

Strength: With the new update vehicles seem immensely weaker than before. I understand that may be added for the sake of realism, and that is fine, but I think offroad vehicles should probably be changed. I don't see the logic in a vehicle made to take jumps at speed losing a wheel because it took a jump at speed. Or, as an addition to this, give players the option to invest into aftermarket parts from the Mechanic Shops. I think being able to purchase stronger axels/shocks/etc would make a great addition to the roleplay value between said shops and its customers.

At this exact moment I cannot think of anything else, but, these are two that come to mind immediately.
