Throwing gun when incapacitated

When you are shot and downed needing medical you can still throw your gun since being incapacitated doesnt give you the count down right away (ie you stagger a bit and rag doll). When this happens if you have your throw weapon using a key bind you can still throw your weapon in hand. Doing this also makes everyone in the area not able to see the weapon on the ground.
