Resturant Items

Allow Owners and General Managers access to change the food images, food names, and menus through an in city way. Maybe giving a certain Permission through the job app that we can give ranks to do this so we can be selective for who has access to change food and drinks around.

I feel that would take a lot of work and stress off of developers in the long run if we were allowed to do it. Especially since it has taken devs up to 6 months in the past to change items for the restaurant.

It would also be great especially since we could get a perfect time to get our items ready and have more themed food for seasons, holidays or special requests for events and parties, which could make more roleplay interactions for the restaurants.
