Remove the maximum and minimum of selling assets

Suggestion description:

Remove the min/max a house can be sold for.

Reason:

I understand why the min/max is in place so that people are buying or selling things for 1$.. But in my opinion a person shouldn't be capped for a house that let's say the max sale the city says is 100k when they bought the house for 100 and put another 50k or 100k etc in decorating the house smart locks garag slots. If someone wants to list the house for 250k and they find a buyer it shouldn't be capped at 100k... Especially with vehicles being a minimum they can sell for i understand not selling a vehicle for 1 dollars but if someone has a car they bought for 140 there shouldnt be an issue with them sellimg it for say 70k 80k (im not sure what the percentage or how its calculated) maybe not remove it but give a way bigger window some people want to get out from asset fees they have and want to sell a car or house for less then the "city" allows ans they are just stuck with it if nobody wants to pay that "city" min.. I'm not 100% sure I would be completely wrong but tuc doesn't seem to have any min they can buy stuff at. So they could be buying something from someone way less the what a civ can sell it person to person at. (Again not sure if that is 100% true or not) I just don't think a business should have the ability to get rid of the min/max purchase or sale and the citizens are capped at certain amounts while trying to sell or buy.
