Petrol Can Progress

Suggestion Description:

I am suggesting that Petrol cans are made so that when used to refuel a vehicle, the mechanic for refueling when cancelled refuels the vehicle up to the part on the progress bar instead of just not adding any fuel.

Reason

Today during in a S class boost, several ground units and air -1 were chasing my character. There is almost always very little breathing room after a block to refuel, making it impossible to do a quick refuel in a location aside from a gas station which is highly dangerous and could jeopardize the entire RP if someone were to bubble pit and blow up or something else. Furthermore, it would be more realistic and enjoyable to have the option to refuel on the go while making getaway plans capable of possibly being made more elaborate using the Petrol can.
