Making Civ Jobs more Worthwhile

As a new person in the City the jobs available to me as a starting point feel...empty? They don't earn good money, they aren't particularly enjoyable to do and they aren't very engaging. It seems the city is very geared towards crime or RP roles which aren't everyone's cup of tea.

My suggestion is to potentially add more mini games similar to done with Electrician and connecting wires, or trash where you have to actually collect trash. Maybe something like a maze game for water and power where you try to get to the end within a time period to keep the user engaged and actually wanting to do the jobs available to them. This has been seen in other cities and people enjoyed it so could potentially do well here! As well as potentially allowing them to earn more, instead of water and power being around $150 on average increasing it to 200 or even 300, which would potentially see an increase in people engaging with these types of jobs as well as providing a living for people who aren't interested in crime or haven't been able to get a RP based job
