Make overweight items drop on ground

Had a few times where I forgot to make room in my inventory for chop items to be put into it and got the notification saying my inventory was full so the items couldn't be added.

Maybe as a small QoL improvement make those items drop on the ground so you still have a chance to clear out your inventory and pick up the items you actually need/want? This way you won't lose out on anything.
