Adjusting/ Actually fixing the Linkup Queue times

With the new update and 'crime progression system' making money is harder in the aspect you have more RNG pre-requisites and its now soo time heavy and demanding then ever before which in itself is fine but the linkup app queue timer doesn't help in the slightest. I'm not sure exactly what changed but everything is now more cop reliant then ever before which results in waiting up to 2-4 hours at times for basic crimes like House robberies, not to mention when you queue for an actual job only to be met with 'On Hold', or just being fully unable to queue for a bigger job due to lack of cops. Which makes sense why would I go rob a bank, paleto or bank truck with no cops around? Exactly I wouldn't and thats where petty crime comes in IE House Robberies and Stores, both of which are lowest level and both of which have to be done as a criminal, but when you wait hours to hit a house just to get nothing you needed, or even the bare minimum loot its discouraging when alot of people cant be in for hours on end, waiting for these absurd timers. I've seen it said again and again the new systems cool but reverting back to the old would make life so much easier and accessible for so many people, at the least the linkup being reverted would be huge for those of us who cant wait ungodly amounts of time for even the lowest jobs.

At first glance 21 minutes 11 queue, thats not bad (image 1)

Then you actually join the queue and it becomes 2 hours which is absurd waiting 2 hours for a simple petty house robbery only to get this as your loot for waiting.
