Landlord system

Having a system where people with a lot of money can spend it all to have a stable passive-ish income by buying an apartment / house / building with a few apartments and renting it to players.

The idea would be that it burns money, so good for the economy, but also creates more interactions with players. This could have a mid-high tax (money burner again) and we could limit the amount of property or just "buisness property" so the rich guys can't but the whole server.

Players that'd buy an apartment first, would have to sell it to buy a building with 2-3 apartments, that they would sell when they buy a 5-6 apartmennts etc...
