Job queues

A new way or formula to make jobs move faster

I've been here in the city for 2 years so Ive seen a few of the systems we've tried out. The current system in my opinion is one of the worse ones. My group and I always have hit bigger jobs at the 10am storm because of our time we dont fly in main storm often or can spend 4-6 hours in the city every time.

Major cons of the current system
- Encourages lesser quality escape plans/rp because you have to have someone sit with any local vehicles you have for the job because the job can pop in 10 mins or 3 hours so resulting in people just doing basic swaps.
- The queue moves faster during main storm than it does mid storm whereas before this wasnt the case
- Eliminates people who spend 3 hours in the city or less to do bigger jobs. When taking into account the assembling the team for the job, the set up, the queue, the job itself, the escape, account for being caught for processing. This will take 4+ hours in most cases.
- Pulls away people from roleplaying. When waiting in queue for a job, you dont get into much because you arent sure when the job will pop.
- Longer queues really drain the energy of people and also allows for more error like head pops etc

A change I purpose is something Ive seen from another place that I feel was one of the best systems.

In order to get in "queue" for a bank theres a local you go talk to, that local will give out 2 jobs at a time. The job will pop in 45 mins of accepting. If you go to claim a bank but he has already given 2 jobs, then you will not be able to be in queue. The local moves every storm and has 5-6 spots that he randomly rotates through. Accepting the job costs crypto (As crypto usage needs a buff imo)

This is encourage more people to interact with where the bank guy is that day and because he relocates every storm this will help prevent any meta gaming of spots.

Another change is to vangies, I can make a separate suggestion if needed but Ill put it here as I think itll play a roll in this and add some more flavor with a good change to the city.

Vangies Change:

Take vangies off the linkup, allow vangies to be hit every hour to hour and a half, random time (Can always adjust the numbers). Vangies can be hit when the doors are closed and require thermite on the top then front door to open. (Taking out the laser hack that not many people enjoy). If the vangies door is open then you know it cannot be hit.

This will bring a new element to an entry level heist where they do not have to wait in queue and can bring conflict RP with people looking to hit the job while another group may be trying as well and lessen some weight on the queues.
