Description: Similar to cars, humans have an internal degradation system that gradually gives you long-term ailments until you get a more in-depth treatment by doctors.
Reason:
- Encourages people to actually value their safety and lives.
My character has worked at Pillbox for ~1.5 years. Whenever I see people speedrun visits to the hospital, assault or attempt murder on friends for no IC reason besides them being bored, my immersion is ruined and it feels less like an RP server and more like GTA:Online. It's not something you can enforce individually anymore. It's a server culture issue.
Additional:
I've discussed this with Pillbox Echo staff members who said they don't want to force medical RP, especially on those who wouldn't want to do medical RP anyways (which is a fair point).
I'd like to counter that though by saying reckless drivers are punished by being "forced" to pay and get internals fixed at repair shops, giving mechanics RP.
That same logic should apply to human bodies IMO.
The vast majority of us wouldn't be affected if calibrated correctly (i.e. if the average active player gets downed ~8 times a week, you only feel ailments if you are averaging ~12 or more incapacitations per week).

Also IMO, these more in-depth "internal" treatments should be expensive i.e. $5000-$10000.
