As it currently stands, an ATM robbery nets you about 4-8 loose notes, for about 4 minutes of work and a cooldown of about 45 minutes.
As is, this is a waste of time, since the buy in for ATMs is much higher.
There is no illegal job that pays worse than ATM robberies.
Even compared to legal jobs ATM robberies are just bad.
My suggestion is to make an ATM robbery have a lower cooldown (maybe 15 or 20 minutes)
AND / OR
increase the quality of the loot (I think something fitting is the loot from cash registers in a store robbery)
I think this would make ATMs as a whole just more worth doing, and actually not a plain waste of time.
