Improving world graphics and improvements

Suggestion:
I would love to see graphical improvements to Echo (even an option to turn this off for those who have low end PC's). I'm talking improvements in lightening, reflections, nature, water, weather and material changes that would improve the immersion and create a atmosphere's for Echo that highlights the gem that it is. For example: look at recent NVE's - NaturalVision Evolved photo's created by razed for an idea of what I'm picturing. Maybe the staff can consider subscribing to or buying a graphic pack. If Echo is having their own graphics made, that could be cool too!

Reason:
I'm the type of person who loves immersion and detail. As I see Echo city right now, aside from some plants and pavement, the atmosphere is very vanilla as if I'm playing regular GTA. It gets very dull to look at over time. The weather is quite stagnant, unmoving and overall uninteresting. I don't even know if we get seasonal changes as I just started coming around again. I would personally like for Echo to improve in quality inside and out and by improving the first details of what players will see will bring Echo much closer to their version of quality that they may envision for the future.
