Improving world graphics and improvements
Suggestion:
I would love to see graphical improvements to Echo (even an option to turn this off for those who have low end PC's). I'm talking improvements in lightening, reflections, nature, water, weather and material changes that would improve the immersion and create a atmosphere's for Echo that highlights the gem that it is. For example: look at recent NVE's - NaturalVision Evolved photo's created by razed for an idea of what I'm picturing. Maybe the staff can consider subscribing to or buying a graphic pack. If Echo is having their own graphics made, that could be cool too!
Reason:
I'm the type of person who loves immersion and detail. As I see Echo city right now, aside from some plants and pavement, the atmosphere is very vanilla as if I'm playing regular GTA. It gets very dull to look at over time. The weather is quite stagnant, unmoving and overall uninteresting. I don't even know if we get seasonal changes as I just started coming around again. I would personally like for Echo to improve in quality inside and out and by improving the first details of what players will see will bring Echo much closer to their version of quality that they may envision for the future.

Server side graphics remove from peoples ability to customise the game's graphics the way they like them. Graphics are a personal preference. Forcing server side graphics IMO only carries negatives, and there are going to be people that are unhappy with the result. Allowing people to have their graphics the way they like them is important. Servers that have done this in the past from my experience, have either made the graphics look awful, even though in the eyes of the developer they're lovely, it's not the preference of the masses.

Sadly everything is probably gonna stay vanilla especially with the new graphic packs ban they're rolling out that seem "Advantageous" to shooter players. That unfortunately takes away 90% of graphic packs available.

Aw man! There's always that something or someone that ruins it for everyone huh. Very disappointing... I guess people like me will have to place their hopes elsewhere or in a future GTA6 FiveM server whenever that becomes a thing.
