General Overall Feedback

So over the course of the last few weeks I have been peeping and seeing what people have been saying and suggesting and giving feedback.
I know many if not plenty were a big fan of the wipe because you had items or achievements that took you months to get to and grind with.

With the wipe I see it as a 50/50, People wanna grind and people dont wanna grind. I am gonna focus on those two topics not just for the staff team or devs but for those who play the server as well.

For the people that wanna grind

1. If you are getting onto echo and prioritizing your time to just grind, that is your problem. I personally feel grinding it just taking away a slot and time from others people RP. you may say I don't have money I don't have this I don't got this, but in reality none of us do so what does it make it better if you are the first to do it. You don't achieve anything.

2. With the current state of the economy you have to see it from a server owner perspective (not speaking on flawws speaking in general) why would a owner give a economy to the point where you will be a millionaire in one month by just grinding. I feel like the slow pace economy where you get not as much as you used to is fine. It gives people the option to grind for little and then go RP. Give balance in what you wanna do with ur RP character.

3. Another thing when it comes to the grinders don't complain about a change being made because its making you alot of money at the time. One thing also when u overall are saying for example "this shit is too grindy its like working a irl job." That is not the servers choice that is your own opinion so it really doesn't help the devs in accomplishing or fixing anything.

4. One last thing for the grinders, ROLEPLAY! I mean when i say this if you just take 30 mins to 1 hr of your time to do the simplest thing, that can be going to soochis a music event etc it is not gonna kill you the grinding aspect will always be there.

For the people who don't wanna grind

1. This section is mainly for business owners and businesses. I know it is a tough stage in not having the government funding, My personally opinion I see this 50/50. I see why it was put this way because when we have money that we have to monitor, We have to budget that business. For example with No Love Records, we have to thing outside the box when it comes to planning events maybe adding in a giveaway, car raffle etc. There plenty of ideas to make money when it comes to being a business owner. Be blessed to having a tick per 30 mins because most members in the community dont get the ticks like others. In a way it gives that realism of okay I have to make sure we do this event and such and such.

   People who may not like relying on a budget and wanna be government funded are just relying on those checks to constantly come in and in a way "farm checks".

2. I get its frustrating that no one is attending events or not as many people are showing up. That is not your fault trust me. Being a businesses at a start of a wipe is extremely difficult. Its not a easy process but as time goes on the grinders will stop and the more interactions will be given to you guys.

3. One last thing for my non grinders, if you are frustrated with the changes with the wipe dont just say im not grinding fuck this shit. Give feedback a simple feedback of im not happy etc and a reasonable explanation comes a long way.

   NOW FOR MY OWN PERSONAL FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

   1. Risk vs Rewards- I would personally like to see the risk vs rewards worked on so it matches to the economy of a crim. An example of this would be me doing a regular boost for example. in that pay out for a boost you get 3 stacks of cash if u are a d class. that is a estimate of each stack is 675, so that job payout is gonna estimate from 3-4k. If you get arrested you lose 7k worth of svc which is 200 svc when u get to the higher boosting tiers and they take the 5k laptop and usb even if you give them a proper excuse for the laptop. the cops dont role with the RP. In overall you are risking roughly around 20k to only making 5-6k for a boost. I would say lower the svc pricing a tat bit and the laptop should not be confiscated unless given a reason to.

      • wanna add a point I know sometimes the cars do not spawn in so you get shit out of luck and you lose that SVC.

   2. Bringing Back Store Robberies- I would like for this to come back because it gives the newer people that RP experience of early stages of being a crim. I feel like running up pointing a gun to a clerk and getting a quick cash is just not even RP, more like GTA online at that point. I dont know what you could get as a reward maybe loose notes, stacks, rolls, or even maybe the laptop so you can atleast get a progression to do boosting for the newer crims atleast.

      Thats really all I have for right now. This is just my opinions you dont gotta listen to what I say I would like a explanation on if what I said was valid or not. Love Always
