Gang progression system

I believe that a gang progression system should be something considered for EchoRP. Some of the things could include a gang app where you can add and remove members, possibly do tasks through the app, be able to purchase hideouts through a black market, be able to contest sprays, blocks, warehouses, possibly raid hideouts.

I feel like script gang vs gang activities are way more interesting as authentic beef starters than twitter beef or petty stuff like "he pointed a gun at my OG!". All of this could be an extremely refreshing update and allow crims to do unique roleplay scenarios that don't depend on the police as much, with eachother. Currently as is I feel as if the grind in EchoRP is individual, but out of convenience you do things together to get money, but not because there's progression that your group can earn. If we were able to do missions, heists, tasks, through an app that maybe allows us to unlock cooler stuff the farther you go and the more you do.

This could be a new chapter to gang RP that could unlock a new motivation for a lot of people to sink their teeth into!

    I don’t like the sprays idea too similar to other servers but besides that this is really cool

    I agree that some things about gangs do need to be changed. But from my experience, a few things just aren't needed and/or will just fail.


    1. I think the ability to purchase a hideout through a blackmarket defies the point of real estate and removes RP from everyone.

    2. Contesting sprays: in an ideal RP server, this is a great idea to build stuff and interact with other gangs. But without any benefit besides tuff, it doesn't bring much to a server besides more gang beef and gun fights. For gangs who are more of a heist mindset and aren't really into the southside gang life, gun fights are more the thing to do than speaking and working things out. Contesting sprays don't really work for them when it comes to claiming stuff where you have to go up against a top gang with good shooters.

      Honestly, Buy a hideout removes ZERO RP from D8 at this point. Spent legit 45 minutes trying to find a large warehouse location that THEY liked. They aren’t doing gang apartments I don’t see how buying a hideout in a spot D8 already WONT sell you removes RP
