Full phasing choice for races

Possiblity to have the choice of doing full phasing for races or no phasing at all.

There is too much desync to be able to race without phasing, it ruins all the fun for people that have the slighest, to the most huge "bubbles".

At this point, it's all based on luck of how bad you desyncs are when you pass someone.

I think we already have enough with the locals, ghost locals and the other non racer that drive around to be worried about the guy racing 3 cars ahead because you can somehow telekinesistly send him to the shadow realm.

I get that passing is a skill in itself, but it would be a good argument if those desync weren't there because those make it a gamble, not a skill.

Cutbacks, divebomb, all that could be done and would be fun without them, but when you are on the opposite side of the road of someone and still hit him, this goes out the window.
Also, have a possibility to choose to have or not have the phasing, so people that wants to race without phasing can.
