Free roam camera

As seen in another server, the ability to be able to move the camera from the typical third person option. It is a semi free roam ability with the limitations of what is in the eyeline of the character. This would be a really useful tool for photographers and roleplayers in general to set up the camera for a scene of deep roleplay.
