Free roam camera

As seen in another server, the ability to be able to move the camera from the typical third person option. It is a semi free roam ability with the limitations of what is in the eyeline of the character. This would be a really useful tool for photographers and roleplayers in general to set up the camera for a scene of deep roleplay.

    Would be good for pictures and stuff. Might get abused though

      I do agree, this was my concern and why I didn't suggest it previously but we do have other things that can be abused and if caught doing so, bans are issued so would work in the same way I guess. Someone else also suggested that perhaps it could be limited to whitelisted photographers to avoid just anyone using it
