Fleeca queues and Job progression

I personally love how fleecas are done right now down to getting the materials to the actual job itself. However the queue for them is crazy and leaves little room for you to get a job when you hop in queue a few minutes after is up and it’s 12-16 deep.

I think the whole chest idea needs to be reworked and bring back the progression fleecas provided before rather then allowing you to do any job.

I’m unsure how to lower the queue other then adding another mid tier crime on par with fleecas without lowering the supply. Hopefully altering the crates helps lower the supply of USBS
