Farming Deterent

Adding a way or removing the stationary spots for the toulene and propelyne glycol

alot of these gangs/groups are sitting in these areas just FARMING every 15-30 mins these chemicals

i would drive off and go do houses or gamble or just drive around sellin stuff for almost close to an hour and i come back hoping i can get a couple chems and theres like 10 ppl in this (gang infested area) just partying yea cool ppl can get stuff too but having it in a couple areas just to be farmed is corny i say to combat that

the devs can either extend the time or create a way to make the chems or have it on chance and not just a stagnant 15-30 mins timer before they show back up
