Disable Hood Camera

Description: Disable a setting in the Camera section called "First Person Vehicle Hood".

Reason: Not only is the majority of view un obstructed, you can fire your weapons at much steeper angles.
And also have the ability to fully rotate the camera.
Myself and others feel it is broken/powerful.
And I in my opinion, those who are or will use it have a substantial advantage over players that are unaware or don't use it.

I suppose you could say use it and you're banned, but can that truly be enforced if in fact it is a rule break?
