Deployable Ladders

I'd like to suggest ladders as a usable item you can buy from hardware stores and EMS/PD armories so RP can be enhanced in several different ways.

Reason
There are a lot of times where people are in hard to reach or inaccessible places. It would be cool if we could buy a ladder that we can carry on vehicles, pull out which then adds a prop to your hand and limits movement speed so you can't just pull a ladder out of nowhere and then place down and interact with / climb. When you're done you can collapse and remove the ladder.

Additional Context

Some instances that I've been involved in that a ladder would have been helpful:

Instance One
A man fell down Chilliad and went down on the side of the mountain on a steep cliff face, we could not walk up the cliff as we would stumble down and escort him, we could not drive our cars up as they would roll down, we could not use any existing props to reach him as they weren't tall enough and eventually we spent 20 minutes running above him and rolling down trying to time the F1 -> Escort interaction to grab him and having to bandage each time we missed as we would take a lot of damage.

Instance Two

There are several roofs in the game that you can easily get onto but get trapped on with no way down due to how some ladders/staircases are props and don't work properly or you have to jump onto the roof via a crane but then there is no way down. When people are stuck like that you have to bring a helicopter to rescue them which can be unfeasible if the appropriate authorities / certified people are unavailable, having a tool that anyone could buy and deploy to reach them would solve that issue.

Instance Three
There are plenty of holdout locations where a group engaged in PvP will push onto a roof with only one or two points of entry/exit via ladders and just hold the ladders with weapons aimed at it, shooting people as soon as they step off the ladder before they can even shoot back. Having an alternative method of reaching these locations without going into the 'kill zone' and using people as sandbags to soak their ammo would be good and encourage more thoughtful / engaging PvP as opposed to just 'who can get on the roof first.'

Instance Four
People often grafiti government buildings like PD much higher than the cleaning cloth can reach (because the spray can will reach high when you aim it) and you often have to stack props just to reach it which never really looks nice with a bunch of gazebo's lined up forming a bridge just to reach a wall.

I think it would be a fun little QoL item and be useful for crims, cops, EMS (search and rescue service / Fire Department?) and civilians alike. Obviously there could be some limitations on deployment location like needing a flat surface and making it so they de spawn after X amount of time if not picked up so they can't be used to grief but overall I think the potential positives majorly outweigh the potential negatives.
