change to mid tier heist queues
With mid tier heists (vangies/fleecas to an extent) beingthe gateway between the low tier crim and high tier crim activities, and seeing as everyone is now trying to progress back through the criminal pathway, I personally find the queue to be hindering a lot of people’s abilities and creating an unintentional “pay to win” scenario, where people who have paid for prio are now “unintentionally” always going to get queues first, because they get into the city first.
For people who don’t have the ability to sit in every storm and queue, or wait 6 hours and probably not get it. It’s just unfair
That’s why I thought it would be much fairer to prevent queues until X amount of time passes (say 30 minutes, the same cut off for crime to even start)
That gives people time to fly in, get themselves situated and then that makes the queues a “lucky draw” instead of “pay $30 bucks to get on quicker and then have the ability to queue before anyone else and make everyone else wait 6 hours to do their roleplay”

Pretty sure this is already done.

you can queue for a boost before the 30 minute mark after restart. this means people with higher prio get in queue before anyone else. this is a pay to win mechanic. queueing for jobs shouldn't be allowed before the 30 minute timer is completed.

I actually do kind of agree with this. We have a similar system with another heist where it would show at random times in which people could then que for it. Let us review.

its a shuffle in the queue when u get the job (1st in queue isnt 100% to get the job)

There are people who make it into the server without prio, this would be punishing them as well. It's just how it goes, unfortunately.

I don’t see how it would be punishing for them as it’s making the field even, giving anyone the opportunity to get first in a queue, not the select few who do 90% of the time
