Change the door lock sound to a key sound instead of a beep

Description:
Change the door lock and unlock sound from what it is currently a beep sound effect to a mechanical key in a door sound effect for immersion.

Reasoning:
most of the doors that are used in the state are just normal doors that require keys and I think that changing it from an annoying beep sound to a mechanical sound would add more immersion to server.

I'm not suggesting this be the exact sound effect but something like this:
