Change /rolldice to allow for a d20

Suggestion Description: Change the current diceroll to allow for up to 20 without the casino dice.

Reason: You can’t roll the casino dice while downed (at least I think, since you shouldn’t be able to use items while down), so you can’t roll to decide how severe you want to do an injury. Or you need to buy and use degradable dice any time you want to leave your next choice up to a d20. AFAIK the dice came in to make people pay in order to do devil’s dice, so only going up to 20 would still work. Also, while it’s not reasonable for someone to casually walk around with a 666+ sided dice (or multiple die to add to that), a single d20 easily fits in a pocket. It’s also fun seeing people do this and roll a low number, because you know what happens next is going to be terrible for them.

Additional context: None really. Just would be nice to roll d20s again without having to constantly buy dice and being able to do it while downed to make medical RP more interesting. And it gives the EMS an idea of what’s about to come if you roll high or low.
