Casino NPC Workers

The Casino is a fun part of the city and a great money sink for the economy.

I would use it so much more, however, when i am around there are no workers in there. In fact even at peak times you rarely see workers much past the beginning of main storm.

My suggestion is to add an NPC or a chips machine so that we can buy chips at anytime.

This would mean that people can enjoy the casino at all times.

It would be immersive as in any casino you can buy chips at anytime and not be limited to the 30 mins a day somebody may be around.
