Cars Being Lifted Above and Not Being Able to Be "Flipped Down"

Cars get stuck when mechanics try to lift cars. When they try to drop them by flipping them down. We get a “Car is Halted”. Even cars farther away from the lifts are having this issue and get lifted. We used to be able to flip them down to fix it.
