Bring some crime that doesnt involve a queue system

Recently there have been some great scripts added and changes to crime for better and worse.

My biggest concern is that everything is now a queue system. The issue with a queue system is that it takes hours to get into any action, benefits only those who spend 3+ hours in the city at a time, those who fly in first for main storm and makes a lot of people sit around and not moving about the city.

When I first flew into Echo a little over a year ago, what was very enjoyable is I could see random events happening all over. Random chases, interactions, etc. People were forced to move around the city. The current era is forcing a lot of people to sit and wait.

Below Im going to put some suggestions and concerns for things as I may not have a suggestion for some of them.

Stores: I think now is a good time to bring back hostages for the current store robberies. Make the safe cracker tool a 2x use and go bad in a week. The tool lasts too long and isnt a money dump because of so. If you increase the store pay by 2k, make a 2-5% drop of a white stick for boosting device as well, maybe even add a fleeca device with the same drop percentage for progression. Stores will not be hit as often as they once were because of the scarcity of the tool, chances of getting a code and general cooldown of the store so it will not play much of a factor in effecting cops. The current store script is better than just pointing a gun at a clerk and walking out for sure but there is no interaction with the current stores, pay is very little and its a dead end progression for crime as it doesnt have a small chance of dropping something of value and everyone has a safe cracker because the tool lasts too long and the general cooldown is too long so its always "hit".

Boosting: People are going to hate this one but I personally think the best option is the old format of clicking the boost. The queue system in almost every aspect of crime entices a lot of sitting around and waiting. If someone flies in for 2 hours, good luck getting into much. If possible, some form of crypto betting system like No Pixels can be implemented which imo is perfect as it creates more interaction with other people which ultimately is the goal.

Jobs: Im not sure how this can be fixed as I dont run the BM or distribution of the devices but I feel like everyone and there mother is hitting banks now. Not sure if the distribution is too high to gangs, the hacks have became too easy, EVC is too easy to acquire, not sure. My group and I never hit vangies because the queue was always 4-7 deep. Now with banks being 4-7 deep, queue system, if you want to do a job, its going to be 3+ hours of waiting and with houses being on the link up app, you cant hit houses while you wait that 3+ hours so you're left to sell drugs and chop.

I think a good start would be stores coming back to hostages being used but some minor changes will be needed to the script.

Id love to work with the team on bettering crime for the city. As someone who is not affiliated with a gang but extremely active with the criminal world. I think I can help the direction of crime.
