Black Market *balancing*

The suggestion I am proposing might be irrelevant as there maybe an option IC already I'm oblivious too. But the simple concept would be making the 'Local Market' like local to each player.

Reason for this suggestion is...
The black market has replaced the local peds that Echo once had, which everyone could go to and use at their own free will, the new system is cool, and I love the concept but in a server that regularly is full with a 100+ person queue having a global 'local market' has been less then ideal in the aspect of if Player A and Player B both have something to sell but only 9 more can be sold Player A goes to sell it and now Player B has to wait and hope it randomly pops back up in the BM while they're awake. Example I on day one saw Blenders and Watches being sellable, but in the past week haven't seen them a single time since. So the idea would be localize the marketplace so yes you would still have to wait for that item to appear in the BM local market, or you could try to sell it in Street. But the suggestion is to make the Local Market selling aspect to each person and not one entity in itself that way if there is a something like Cat Converters, or Watches etc.. (something you'd have an excess of) Everyone is able to sell them. Thus far with rep I've yet to notice a difference in what can be bought/sold compared to others who have low or zero even. With the removal of Peds, it just seems very encumber some to have to essentially hoard items until you can hopefully sell them on BM before the other 500 people trying too do.

*This is a suggestion feel free to leave comments and ideas I'm just spitballing for a new system that is dope but I think could be adjusted still/balanced.
