ATM Robbery: issues with pulling out of wall strategy

Suggestion: Reduce costs of Rope and Jackhammer in tool stores, and/or make the items reusable.
The rope and jackhammer costs way to much in the tool stores
spent -2700$ on the needed supplies to rob it, made 2600$ (4 Stacks of cash)

I lost 100 dollars robbing the ATM this way.

Feedback:
-Rope and Jackhammer disappear after use currently
-Pulling ATMS with a vehicle is very buggy
The ATM sometimes end up clipping underground, making it hard to drive normally and impossible to reach the atm to steal the money
-Pulls at a very slow speed. Even in a big truck like the Sandking XL it was struggling to pull it faster than 30mph only ever got higher speeds when it was glitching out and not in contact with the ground.

-Payout should be increased
