Add stress tiers to speeding

Add escalateing values of gaining stress based on the speeds you are going and seat belt/harness use.

Doing crime and certain activities gives you stress.

Seeing as speeding is a crime, it only makes sense that going certain speeds for extended amount of times gives you stress

People are driving through the city for little to no consequences and no good reason other than to reach their destination faster. Taking race lines, blowing through every red light.

Sure, they are breaking every traffic law.

But adding a negative effect as you escalate your speed will annoy people enough to either use items that impair their driving, or invest in items that ignore speed value stress gains.

Such as having a seat belt will prevent stress gain up to 90.

But a harness will prevent stress gains for speeds up to 130.

YES, I AM aware bikes don't technically have seatbelts. But I'm sure we can RP that you just have a better grip on the bars and sitting properly.

Balance:

We all know how annoying ot is to remember taking off your seat belt and harnesses.

As most of us know, ignoring high stress values is detrimental.

Such as disoriented vision and blacking out.

This all effects your actions especially in chases and shootouts.

You need to make the hard choice of do we car swap and risk blacking out and /falling over, or keep driving to manage stress?

If you have high stress and decide to get into a shootout immediately, you are at high risk.

And this will effect both cops and crims.

Consuming some of the items restrict your camera movement in first person while in a car. It also holsters your weapon. If you draw you weapon after its holsterd, your camera angle is still restricted until the item is full consumed or canceled.

Is this a SHITLOAD of multitasking?

Fuck yeah it is.

But it makes you have to think what you're doing and change the pace of how things go.

Side notes:

Let's be honest, constant car swaps are lame as hell and I'm sure shooting out tires is getting old on both sides.

But more importantly, I'm tired of constantly being smashed into at high speeds.

Riding a motorcycle and stopping at a red light is a death sentence when server is at high population.
